Reward every new subscriber with a unique code and let 2way follow up automatically.

Coupon pools

A coupon pool is a list of unique discount codes from your e-commerce or POS system, marked with a tag. When a form, keyword or campaign uses that Coupon tag, every recipient gets their own code. Unique codes stop coupon sharing and let you match orders to the campaign.

   Export codes

   Generate unique codes in your shop or POS.

   Coupon import

   Upload a CSV with the codes and their validity in days; give the pool a tag.

   Use the tag

   Pick the coupon tag in a form, keyword or campaign.

   Get alerts

   Set a low-stock alert in Settings › Notifications.

• Use Download sample of import template to get the right CSV format.
• Codes that already exist are rejected, so you can safely re-upload a file.
• Coupon imports shows how many codes were imported and rejected in each upload.
